We only collect data necessary to satisfy the requirements of our lenders. This includes personal information which is necessary for the lenders to be able to process your loan application. We won't ask you for information that is not necessary for the lenders needs.

Use and disclosure

We don't use your personal information for purposes other than to meet the needs of our business, or where we are required to do so by law. We don't disclose your information to anyone other than our lenders. They use this in processing your loan application. The lenders can't use your personal information for any purpose other than for the reason it has been provided.

Updating your information

We try to keep your information up-to-date and complete. If your details change, or your personal information needs to be updated, please contact us on 130 78 21 31

Security

Our staff are trained about our obligations under the Privacy Act. We are required to keep your personal information confidential. When your personal information is no longer needed, it is destroyed.
