Should I deal with a Broker or go directly to the Bank?

This is a common dilemma facing many borrowers in a crowded home loan market. With Great Rate you get to choose which option suits you:

Option 1: Let us source you a Great Rate then refer you directly to your lender of choice. The Lenders have dedicated their most experienced and knowledgeable staff to service your borrowing needs. Your nominated lending specialist will work with you to finalise your loan.

Option 2: If you don't want to finalize the loan directly with your lender of choice, one of our Broker Specialists can assist you with this process. All our experienced Broker Specialists are accredited with the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA). They have access to a broad range of lenders, including when your situation falls outside traditional lender guidelines.
